Placing an order on La otra cara de la insulina is very easy, just follow these steps:
1. Add items to cart
Once you have chosen the item you want to buy, click on the “Add to Cart” button and the product will automatically go to your shopping cart. You can access it at any time by clicking on “Cart” at the top of the page.
Once the product is added, you can continue browsing the web and incorporate more products to your purchase, or finalize your order.
2. “Shopping Cart” page
On this page you can find the list of all the articles that you have chosen. You will see a photo, the name of the product, the unit price, the quantity and the total amount.
You can also:
- Modify the units you want to buy with the up and down arrows next to the quantity.
- Remove an item from your order.
- Enter a discount promotional code (if you have one): write it down and click on “Apply coupon”.
3. User identification or registration
If this is your first time shopping on La otra cara de la insulina, you must register. To do this, you will have to provide a series of basic personal contact details: email, name, address and a password.
In order to expedite your future purchases with us, all the data that you give us will be treated according to the Spanish law of data protection. For more information, we advise you to read our “Privacy Policy”.
In the case that you have already made previous purchases with us, you only have to enter your username and password.
4. Shipping details
In this screen you must indicate the delivery address where you want to receive the order. By default this will be the same address that you save whilst registering your details. If you want it to be another address, you can enter a different address in this step.
5. Payments
Once registered or signed in, you must pay for your order to formalize the purchase. To do this, press the button “Place order” and select an option:
- Payment by card: It will be made through the Paypal platform, but, it is not necessary to have an account. You must select “Payment by card” and then enter the required data.
- Paypal payment: You can access this platform and then identify yourself with your name and password.
- Payment by bank transfer: You will receive in your email a copy of the order with our account number in order to make the transfer. Please, indicate your name and the reference of your order. Once the transfer is registered in our account (normally in 1 or 2 business days in Spain, 4 to 10 if it comes from the rest of Europe and from 7 to 25 if it is from the rest of the world, depending on the origin) we will send your order.
6. Order confirmation
When you have made the payment with card, Paypal or bank transfer and it has been authorized, your order will be confirmed.
You can print the confirmation screen as proof, but we will also send you a copy of your order to your email address.
